Please contact our support team trough our contact form before shipping any items back. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and a return authorization. Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.
We accept returns for unused items or products that arrive defective. To qualify for a standard refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated via email within 10 days of the delivery date.
Item condition: Knives must be completely unused, free of signs of wear or handling, and in their original state.
Original packaging: All original packaging, wooden display boxes, leather sheaths, documentation, and accessories must be included in perfect condition.
We stand 100% behind our products. If your item arrives defective, we offer a full refund or free replacement, no questions asked. We cover all return shipping costs.
Standard returns:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon request, we can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge at any time before shipment. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
Processing & refunds
Returns are inspected within 10 business days. Approved refunds take 3–10 business days to appear on your account.
