A Canadian, family-owned business built on one simple belief. Run by just the two of us, my wife and I, working hands-on every day to bring quality craftsmanship to kitchens across North America.
Cooking has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in Europe with an Italian mother who filled our home with incredible food and a deep appreciation for the kitchen — the smell of a Sunday meal, the time it took, the people it brought together.
Every year our family traveled to France, where I was immersed in a culture that celebrates craftsmanship, shared meals, and timeless design. It gave me a sense of what good tools are supposed to feel like: made with intention, made to last, made to be used rather than admired from a distance.
When I moved to Ontario at 28, that love for cooking and tradition came with me. It didn’t stay a hobby, it slowly became the foundation of our store, and the reason we now spend our days surrounded by knives, tableware, and the kind of tools that make a kitchen feel complete.
