Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If we experience delays due to high order volume or inventory checks, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping methods & delivery times

Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and method, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

Shipping costs

Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Packed with care and discretion

A Laguiole knife is a treasured possession. We ensure that your order arrives safely and in flawless condition.

Each knife is first placed in its original packaging/wooden box and then wrapped in a thick, cut- and shock-resistant protective layer. Packages are sealed with reinforced tape to ensure they cannot be opened unnoticed during transit.

Need to return an item?
